The figure shows single channel recordings of BK channels stably expressed in CHO cells. The Ca²⁺-activated potassium channel was activated by depolarizing voltage steps under symmetrical potassium concentrations. The three traces show the single channel activity at 0 mV, +40 mV and +60 mV. The data were filtered at 3 kHz.
