The Nanion Service Contract for the Patchliner^® and SyncroPatch^® 96 is a service and support package covering any part of the purchased platform. The Service Contract includes hardware maintenance, software updates and technical support via email and telephone. A yearly service check is also included, involving maintenance or replacement of robotic parts. Furthermore, with the service contract we offer hardware and software customization and adaptation of data in- and output to ensure straightforward integration with existing database systems.
