Title: "Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy-linked mutation in troponin T causes myofibrillar disarray and pro-arrhythmic action potential changes in human iPSC cardiomyocytes"
Bjorn Knollmann and colleagues have introduced a mutation in cardiac troponin (TnT-I79N) into human induced pluripotent stem cells to create a model of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The CardioExcyte 96 was used to confirm the effects of this mutation on pro-arrhythmic changes in the human ventricular action potentials.
