21.07.2020: Meet Andrea Barbuti - Recipient of the 2020 FLEXcyte 96 Research Grant

Meet Andrea Barbuti
Earlier this year, Nanion announced the FLEXcyte 96 research grant, which gave applicants the opportunity to acquire a FLEXcyte 96 instrument for a 6-month period; inclusive of consumables, training and consultation.
After a lenghty and throughout evaluation of the rather extensive number and variety of applications, the FLEXcyte 96 grant evaluation committee Dr. Ronald Knox & Dr. Sonja Stölzle-Feix (Nanion Technologies) and Dr. Matthias Gossmann (innoVitro GmbH) have come to a decision:
2020 FLEXcyte 96 Research Grant Committe
(Matthias Gossmann, Ron Knox, Sonja Stölzle-Feix)
After receiving a high standard of wonderful research proposals, we decided to award two grants this year! Our decision to award one winner from North America and another winner from Europe, only partly helped us out in what was an extremely difficult decision. We are thrilled to start working with Laurie and Andrea on their research topics and we hope to support as many of the grant applicants in the near future by offering remote collaboration opportunities.
We congratulate this years' recipients and are looking forward to seeing their exciting results in the near future.
