Channels 10 and 11 have two and Channel 9 has three aHL-nanopores. In Channels 8 and 14 single aHL-nanopores are assembled as hexamer. Channels 6 and 16 are switched off.
Conditons: 3 M KCl, 20 mM TRIS, pH 8, +40 mV
