28.11.2019: First paper showing data from the Dynamite8 explodes into Stem Cell Research!

Congratulations to scientists at the University of Dresden for publishing their work using the Patchliner and Dynamite8  add-on for up to 8 simultaneous dynamic clamp experiments. The paper came out earlier this month and is the first official publication using the new add-on for the Patchliner. Using the Dynamite8, IK1 which is either missing, or expressed in low levels in hiPSC-CMs, is simulated along with seal compensation for each cell. This results in a more negative resting membrane potential and stable action potentials to be recorded from these cells. Read more about the Dynamite8 in the Product Flyer and read the publication here

Stay tuned for more publications using the Dynamite8
