Whole cell current responses of HEK293 cells expressing Na_V1.7 to increasing voltage steps from -60 mV to 50 mV with corresponding average IV curve.
Dynamite⁸ (dynamic clamp) used to model I_K1 on action potentials of hiPSC cardiomyocytes.
TRPV1 expressed in CHO cells activated by increasing temperature (top). TRPV1 activated by capsaicin or heated solution in the same cell (bottom).
Fast solution exchange and minimal exposure ensures reproducible recordings of nAChαR expressed in HEK cells and repetitive exposure to 100 μM nicotine.
hK_Ca3.1 (SK4) expressed in CHO cells was activated by internal application of Ca²⁺.
