The vesicle Prep Pro comes with Vesicle Prep Pro station, Vesicle Prep Chamber, Integrated temperature control system, ITO slides, and VesicleControl Software (Windows). Temperature control allows generation of GUVs from lipids with high charge or high phase transition temperature. Temp range: RT-70°C.

The chamber used for vesicle formation consists of two glass cover slides coated with indium tin oxide (ITO).
