The Patchlinere is a fully automated patch clamp system with integrated amplifiers and a compact footprint. It is versatile yet robust, ideal for basic research of ion channel biophysics and mechanisms of action, sophisticated assays such as heat activation, right through to routine assays such as safety screening of hERG or other cardiac ion channels in accordance with the CiPA initiative.
The Patchlinere is a medium throughput APC recording 8 cells simultaneously. The PatchlinerControl software for experiment setup and data acquisition is intuitive yet powerful. The Patchlinere comes with DataControl PL for easy and fast data analysis of concentration response curves and IV plots. The Patchlinere can be used unattended, where NPC-16 chips, solutions, cells and compounds are loaded into the robot and 48 recordings performed without user interaction. Alternatively, changes can be made on-the-fly at any time.
The Patchlinere is supplied as a complete system including Tecan pipetting robot with modern design, Elements amplifiers, Reagent starter kit and all the required software. Add-ons for Temperature Control, Cooled CellHotel and dynamic clamp are optional extras available to expand experimental possibilities.
