09.10.2019: Thank you to all the speakers and participants for a great ion channel forum in Tokyo

We would like to thank all our speakers and participants for the great two days we had during our Nanion TWMU Ion channel forum last week in Tokyo. There were outstanding presentations from, amongst others, Tatsuya Shimizu from TWIns on cardiac cell sheet transplantations, Ronald Li showing Novoheart´s engineered bioartificial human heart prototypes,  Yoshiki Kajima (University of Tokyo) speaking about SURFE²R in ion pump research. Yasunari Kanda and Sonja Stoelzle-Feix gave an outlook on proceedings within the myocyte and HTS automated patch clamp working groups from JiCSA and CiPA. Technical and cell-related aspects were given by Hiroshi Tarui from Beckman Coulter and David Dalrymple from SB Drug Discovery.

A big thank you to everyone for taking part in this successful ion channel forum! We look forward to repeating it again next year and hope you will join us.
