Different Transport Modes: By exchanging internal and external solutions, opposite transport directions can be observed in NCX (Na/Ca exchanger).
Inhibition Assays can be used to determine IC₅₀ values in PEPT1.
High time resolution: This allows for detection of transport and binding kinetics using different assay conditions.
